Seems more akin to Insanity Catalyst from Demon's Souls, where it cut your fp bar by half, but was the strongest casting tool. Rather instead of cutting the bar, it just makes the spells cost more here instead, so you can still use weapon arts and such without penalty.

On +3 is S scale.

Update.
The reason the stats was lower was cause i didnt have the required Int. (I had 51)
I have it at +5 and the correct int req.
Sorc scalling is at 222 ATM.
Str is still D and Int is at S.
Btw, i tried to test the FP cost increase with Glintstone Peble and it seems like it almost doubles the cost. just a little under 100%
