Consuming it removes the status after the poise effect wears off.

Wait. She hugs you, and then she gives you this thing to let you forget "aches and pains..."

Use it to remove the -5% hp debuff, given by the Lady after she hugs you. After used it, rest in any Site of Grace and let time pass.

Anyone know exactly how much Poise this gives you?

Also you get a 5% health debuff while it's in your inventory and it stays on until you use it then rest at a grace.
