There are a tons of them in the Royal Capital

Just found one, it's in east Mt. Gelmir area. Closest site is First Mt. Gelmir Campsite. Corpse sitting in a chair looking out over the mountains, and there is a wolf sitting next to the corpse.

found one on the tower straight ahead when you cross the bridge near the Impassable Greatbridge bonfire (island all the way south east)

south-east most point of Caelid is Red Mane castle. On the western side near a bridge is a siege tower you get on by a cliff surrounding the castle. One is halfway down the tower after descending a ladder.

Three of these can be found in the Volcano near the Craftsman's Shack, where the Rune Bear ambush is. Let it break open the statue that has a shiny item inside it, and there will be 3 of these inside.

From Altus highway junction grace go south-east(not up the main ramp, but by the side road). Up the hill on the map it looks like a crater, there is a smaller version of the Fallingstar beast there, dropped 5x Smithing stone 6 for me.

You can find the Smithing-Stone Miner's Bell Bearing [3] at Zamor ruins right at the beginning of Mountaintop of the Giants which lets you buy Smithing Stone 5 and 6 infinitely at the roundtable hold
