How do you wake up the big jar?

Anyone know what 3 NPCs they are?

Added tips I found about sequence-breaking into the area and cheesing the NPCs. I wasn't sure where to put this info but I think it's pretty useful. If anyone knows a better page, that would be awesome! Thanks

How to get through crystal?????

You have to go through the Siofra River Well next to the Erdtree in Mistwood. It's a bit of a journey through a vast underground zone before you come to another elevator that takes you back up to the overworld, this time in Caleid. From there you have to make it through two bow giants, and you'll come to the giant urn. In front of the urn a little ways back are three red summon signs. You have to summon and defeat all three phantoms in order to get this talisman. They are really tough; there is a cheese strat involving standing on a nearby tree overhanging the cliff edge where you can get them to fall off. Pretty RNG, but standing as far back on the branch as you can and holding block will eventually work.

I don't understand how this works. I got Alexander unstuck and now I'm doing the stuff with him in Gael Tunnel, do I need to keep following his questline to access the talisman or?

Anybody knows by what % does it increases equip load?
