Work your way through the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel entrance. That's how you get to the northern section of the Underground Licia River region.

after you get treasure from nokron city go to renna rise in three sisters and use the teleporter thingy, you'll get moved to north side of ainsel river

Ainsel River Main can also be accessed by a coffin from The Nameless Eternal City Grace Site, from Great Waterfall Basin coffin ride after defeating the two Gargoyles at Siofra Aqueduct.
You won't see Miniature Ranni down here if you have not given her the required item.

I can confirm this! If you are at The Nameless Eternal Grace site you just go toward the waterfall and then West should be a rideable coffin! This will take to the promised land!

is it just me or is the progression all messed up here? It says to come here but to get here you need to complete a quest in an area the progression doens't have you going to for 2 more areas?

There's a section you can access from Liurnia lakes. The elevator is on the north eastern side of that area.
Later you can access the rest after completing more of the main progression.
Early there's some items, a boss and a bunch of ants.

There is a well north east from Eastern tableland and directly from church of vow grace sites that leads down to Ansel River Well Depths grace site. This connects to the rest of the Ansel River underground area so it can all be accessed with out completing any quests

This is true but I can't access the northern reaches of the area. After the boss it's just a dead end. If anyone knows a way to get up there without doing the quest it would be appreciated.

The upper part of the Ainsel River is accessed from another way. Taking the elevator grants you access to only part of the River.

You still need to defeat Radhan (Rahdan?) in order to get to the Northern part of the river, which sucks.
