Found in Stormcaller Church (on the hill north of the entrance pathway to Leyndall. Can also confirm the deflect part makes enemies recoil more when you are blocking

This incantation is godlike against non-huge foes. It is like iron flesh without the poise. Whether you block or the enemy strikes you directly they are staggered as if attacking a greatshield. Enemies that do damage by spamming quick attacks become a joke.

When stacked with another incantation such as Golden Vow, the appearance of Golden Vow will show and the lightning effect of this one will not. That said, the effects of both will persist.
