Does this scale with faith or does it scale with both faith and intelligence?

Looks liek this might use either faith or both int and faith for scaling

This spell gives me hope you'll be reawerded for going quality INT and FTH, if it scales from both stats and if there would be more sorceries (and incantations) that do so. Man a blood magic character would be so cool

Perfect for a dark knight roleplay, the classic rpg job i mean.

You can smell the edgy loner wannabes drooling over this with a all-black set using this and the Ashes of war.

Give me vow of silence from dks2 and gimme a weapon like blue flame to cast hexes and reg magic to make a nice Dark Knight, or give me a black witch staff to cast mircales and magic and some fur armor to make my shaman.

Anyone else have this showing in game as requiring 24 FAI and not 11 INT as this wiki is stating? I'm assuming you need the base intelligence to use the proper staff but the spell itself is showing 0 INT requirement. Assuming it is for Hybrid builds
