I don’t believe so, as the dragon crest ring increases SORCERY durations, and warmth is a pyromancy.

Since this doesn't scale with any stats, its a nice spell for builds who want an out of battle heal but don't want to invest faith for miracles. All I had to do on my strength build was put a couple of points into Attunement for the one slot
