Lich version currently bugged. Actually functions while worn by the Skeleton Companion, not the Lich.

If you get the materials to make it in act 4, then don't craft it if you deide to choose another mythic path when you come back to drezen. (legend, gold dragon etc.) It will not change the cloak to that path.

Works for Lich ("living Lich" -> not yet transformed) if i cast Blessing of Undead on my char. Ciar had to dismount to get the bonus, but then, he could remount with the bonus.

Can anyone check their logs for angel? Supposedly it was fixed in 1.3.7 but here I am playing 2.0.4k and it does diddly squat (ie no 2 dice bonus)

Nevermind, just checked and it adds 2 dice to the spells, but NOT to holy weapon damage. Which makes it useless for my melee angel
