Maybe goes without saying, but having higher agility is a bigger deal with this boss than most others. At high agility, I often can perfectly dodge his attacks, but he usually catches me once or twice if fighting him at lower agility levels (which can easily mean death). So if you're struggling, consider upping your agility before facing him again.

Garbage boss. Anything in this series where the threat is falling is garbage; no wonder all the worst segments of every DS game involve it.
