Would be nice to mention to not drop down for Plague Babies until you kill main boss of this area as they spawn infinitely and dropping down is guaranteed suicide.

Apparently it's a good way to farm Stone of Ephemeral Eyes as the Plague Babies drop them. Kill them, get your drops and evscuate.

I found parry timing really easy on this right and extremely effective. I have 27 vitality and I’m wearing saint’s robe set and when he did manage to hit me it didn’t hit very hard. Was also using protection spell.

In the remake at least idk about the original there is 1 pure Mercury 1 pure suckerstone and 1 pure marrowstone not 3 Mercury

Wow really? I think in the original it was either the pure sucker or mercury you had to get from crystal lozards in 5-2 or 3 if not that was ot for that ng.

Those things look a little too well developed to be part of a plan b dumping ground. Im assuming as their name states they are just diseased and not really aborted fetuses.

Nah even the original japanese text doesnt mention anything like that. People just let their imaginations get carried away. Evil/diseased/zombie babies is aN age old horror trope for obvious reasons.
