One of the most zany and wacky weapons in the game. Not gonna lie though, gives me a giggle.

I use it as my magic wand for my Netromancer.

I use it to defeat the cyberpsychos in the Psycho Killer quest. Works like a charm. Once you hit them once, you can combo-lock them in place and whack'em down for good.

WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT to get this weapon with nudity censor on, it will be replaced with a regular baton.

Fun fact: This weapon is named after Sir John Falstaff, the comic relief character in a few of Shakespeare's history plays.
