can confirm this is true. upgraded to legendary during my play through and it disappeared after beating the game. kept the jacket though

^^^ nevermind, so upon continuing the game after beating it, I kept the jacket but amnesty (which I upgraded to legendary in the playthrough) disappeared. but after going into Embers and talking with Hanako, the aldecaldo jacket also disappeared from my inventory...
