They don't drop ****. I just killed 30 of them and none dropped a stone of ephemeral eyes.

they do but the drop rate is low i actually came on here to see if they put the drop rate also to improve your drop rate put on the providential ring and increase your luck stats to get higher chance of getting them i hope this helps you if your still playing

Clarification on Stone of Ephemeral Eyes drops would be really nice for this page. Do you need to kill them before the boss to get them to drop eyes? After? Is there a drop chance or is it guaranteed? Do they drop one each? Or infinite amounts?

Edit: it was right after i killed the boss that i got 6 (may be RNG luck). I did a few more runs in soul and body forms managed to get 2 more drops 1 in each form over about 100 kills.

It says that the plague babies won't respawn if the boss is defeated but they seem to respawn infinitely for me. Pure White Tendency, black phantom Garl is still alive though. Maybe a change in the remake?

Damn, Miyazaki must really hate babies... every single game has a baby type monster that is a pain in the *** if it gets you, but drops a specific kind of loot that makes it very tempting to commit mass genocide of them for the loot....
