In the control tower, control room there seems to be a Blue Rare Pistol stuck inside the chair next to the Punch Card Machine that is completely uninteractable.

cant speak to nomads to start the mission, icon disappears when you get close

At the end it says - meet with saul - and none of the characters are talking and nothing is happening simply can't complete it.

I haven't been able to start the quest as I didn't ride with panam to the train station, my game is stuck on meet them at the train station but no one ever appears
