Can we not get the crafting spec if we send the body to Vik's, even if we can find it on the street (glitch or not)?

Did you craft the epic and legendary parts from the rare parts? The only other reason is that your player level is too low.

Could you please be more specific? Please think hard. Middle of an intersection in what part of Night City? Perhaps you recall what Job you were doing and maybe recall the route? Or perhaps you remember if it was a downtown area? Or a residential area? Or a commercial area? A lot of use didn't get the gun because we told Delamain to take Jackie to Viktor's clinic in hopes that it will save his life. Now we get penalized for that. So unfair. Thank you!

then youre out of luck. if you sell any item and wait until the vendor restocks, then itll be gone permanently.

He has 2 of them in game. You can see him dual wielding them in act 1.
