You can't in this game. Make sure to invest around 30 in Vitality, 40 in Endurance and everything else in the stat you need for you weapon

The closest to respecialising you can get is to abuse the mechanics that can result in permenent Soul Level reduction. With the effort it'll usually take though, you're probably better just starting anew.

Why doesn't anyone ever talk about stat progression when leveling? I can't find anything here or anywhere online that mentions the order of stats associated with each build.

It really depends on your own style of game play, experience, and how hard you're currently finding the level you're on.

I personally like dumping stat's to meet minimum requirements for my chosen weapon, then my main damage stay first (to around 40), then Endurence, and then Vitality. I enjoy the glass cannon playstyle and the challenge it brings, but others may want the comfiness if more HP earlier on.
