To be fair, the description says "certain creatures that sport multiple sets of eyes" so that implies that some might be excluded

I assume you meant Spectator? Yeah, it really looks like this weapon was meant to be used against Beholderkin. So far I've only seen two Spectators in the early access portion of the game.

Blinding effect uses your spellcasting DC, but is currently bugged and results into a flat DC of 8, which is really low

Didn't know it uses spellcasting DC. Does it apply to other weapons with effects too?
So i guess its not useful on a non-magic martial class(Champion, Battlemaster, Berserker etc) since they don't have spellcasting DC?
