level the f up dude your under powered, get vigor, endurance, and vitality to 20 and definatly get ur agility to 20 strength and dex you can chose but you are severly underpowerd i dont even know how you got here. The wiki says you need to bee lvl 100 to 110 in this area

This is one of those situations where you gotta make sure you're not part of the covenant of champions and just binge kill as much as you can, return to a bonfire, rince and repeat until, about 12 repeat later, most of the mobs stop respawning. (Also, ignore the underlevel mention. The commenter must have not read half of your post and thought you asked for the one in the dragon aerie(lvl 100-110), and not the flame keep (lvl 30-40)
