Shouldn't the Special damage be Electricity instead of Fire?

Fixed it. It's 21 Electricity damage not fire.

I never went back for him after the first fight with brother Eli. I found him again in the second half of the game and he dropped a red version of this spear that is electrical damage.

If you miss him the first time and he dissapears later in the game you can speak to Brother Kwizman and if you answer his 3 questions right, he gives you this staff.

If that happens with ANY npc/boss in the game go straight to QUIT IN YOUR HOME MENU GAME TAB IMMEDIATELY NOT FROM THE IN GAME MENU. Reload your save and you will almost always get another chance. Make sure to not move to anyplace it may autosave do it asap. This works in some other games with an autosave feature too.

Any game without a dedicated save anywhere feature should NEVER get a perfect review score imo. Wish Surge games had it.
