Leto's Amulet: Reduces Armor Encumbrance by 40% and Stamina cost by 10%. Pretty annoying to find though.

Also not really necessary as a neutral dodge has I frames and can be performed at any encumbrance. Most other attacks can be dodged by simply walking/running to the side

After some testing, armor appears to work under a formula like this: Damage taken = 100 / (100 + Armor). We tested by shooting each other with different armor values. Example: at 0 armor, My friend shoots me and I take 34 damage. Then I put on armor that was near 100 points, and I received around 17 damage. At around 200 armor I was taking 11-12 damage, and at 300 I took 8. I don't know if this applies to elemental damage but I believe that it does. I don't currently know how the %ranged, %melee, %elemental reduction traits and rings interact with this, but they weren't being used during testing.

That is not accurate testing to begin with, players got severly reduced damage towards each other.

100 / (100+armor) is pretty accurate, tested on some root rifleman on hard. With 0 armor I receive 110 damage, with ~110 armor I receive ~52 damage, with ~400 armor I receive 22 damage.
