where can i reinforce this weapon

the crystal weapons are underrated with fair reason, they become obsolete really easily, but this shield? aside from the fact that you can't repair and it has bash instead of parry, it has decent stability, the weight is comparable to other shields and the damage block is superb! extremely well rounded, and better than many shields you'll have by that point

If you go through the depths to blight town this shield will save you from the toxic blow dart douchebags.

It should just block 50% of toxins/bleed in pvp,

Can anyone confirm if this counts as a crystal upgrade path weapon in remastered, thus changing your weapon matchmaking to the lvl 4-15 range?
I think I may have messed up my low level invasion character by buying this from Domhall.
I had kept everything no higher than +5 to match with +0-11 weapon levels.
I swear it seems like I don't find invasions as easily since buying it.

This shield is amazing. One of the best in the game.

Quite possibly the best shield for NG and NG+. Low stat requirements, high defense and stability, and only a slightly above average weight. The only drawback is that you're unable to parry, which is unnecessary anyway since you can still backstab. Plus, you don't need to upgrade it at all. Just make sure to always have two; I tend to break it once a run, and you can easily lose track of durability.
