Uncertain about stamina depletion, but if the text from this matches the text on the evasion window skill, this should add an additional 4 frames of invulnerability @ 30fps. Note: base roll iframes are 7 frames@30fps.

I should point out that although the description states "abnormal status effects", it does activate when you're under the effects of any elemental blight, aswell. A pretty handy skill in my opinion, since it's readily available from the lowest rarity feystones, and is a level 1 deco. If anyone would want to figure out the exact nature of resuscitate, i'd suggest running stun and paralysis immunity in addition to this skill against kirin, whilst not having enough thunder resistance to be immune against thunderblight. That way you could keep resuscitate active pretty much constantly without suffering any negatives from the thunderblight itself.

Any blight that can be fully negated pairs excellently with this, thunderblight with stun immunity is basically just free stamina and evade invulnerability. Iceblight is sort of ok since the stamina decrease is countered by this ability and you still get the evade buff, dragonblight can work well if your weapon is mostly raw damage focused too. Even poison and fire can work if you have enough healing capacity to ignore them, if a health booster is active its a full minute of free wailing.

I experimented with it myself because it might have been usefull for the horn. By "abnormal" it doesnt count any of the hunting horn buffs. Might just be me that tried that though
