Bit late but no, unfortunately there is not. It would be nice for the Executioner's Chariot boss and the latter half of Huntsman's Copse in general, but Dark Souls 2 doesn't have any equivalent to divine damage. It's actually the only Dark Souls game without it, as DS3 has blessed weapons that will prevent the glowing-eyed skeletons from resurrection in the Catacombs of Carthus.
