kill her when petrified, same xp. if you are significantly higher lvl, you could farm XP on her summoned minions (**** of them, because they spawn more smaller versions of them)

Destroying Quana's team (other statues) grants you XP. Blessing them doesn't.

If your really having trouble please remember that it´s nothing wrong with hiting a petrified person so that they accidently have around 20hp left when they aggro you.

3875 XP for each petrified you destroy. Blessing doesn't give you anything and they're all dead as soon as you bless anyway so there's no reason to not attack them.
