Why does it say you can go up to lvl 1000 in the store then?

When it talks about lvl 1000, they're talking about the combat levels you earn in pvp, which you can see on the menu screen on the right hand side, which is a separate level from your normal "triangle" level.

That’s lvl 1000 in Combat Trials. You only prestige with your overall level

U can go to level 1000 but it is combat level which does not reset
