I think NG+ is a lot more easier than 1st game because you have all the equipment and spells with you.
Typically in a souls game that is true, but not in Demon’s Souls. The scaling is very harsh, so enemies do MUCH more damage (they’ll one-shot most players). You also don’t have much stamina compared to something like DS3, so you can’t spam roll and attack.
NG+ is at least as hard as NG. Probably even harder.
