Does it stack with itself? If i use a second one will the previous get a 30% bonus bleed?

So if I use this on a weapon without Bleed, it'll only get 20 Bleed? If so, that's awful.

You get 3 from the fragrant branch chest in the shaded woods which also contains the repair spell.
