Took mine a while to update, about thirty second after he had dropped his loot. I just ran around in circles for a bit.

met hateful sister at desert complex instead. loot was machine core, gold ore and 1k ... Route A

Is not necessary go to the locations in that order, if you don't find the last of them go to the other location, he will spawn

For any one wondering the chapter and route, it worked for me: -Route A, Chapter 06-05 (ignore A2's fight) -Courageous Brother in City Ruins: Center -Hateful Sister in Desert: Housing Complex - And lastly Vengeful Child in Flooded City If if the data is not updated after killing him, go back to title and try again.

Yeah I met Courageous Brother with two Golden Goliath Bipeds in the City Ruins on the way to the Desert. Was only Lv20 (as 2B) and the fight took literally an hour because I HAD 9S ON PASSIVE -_- Met Hateful Sister by the Desert Housing Complex, with the Golden Tank. Was Lv27 and that time it only took 20 mins. Lastly I fought Vengeful Child with the one Golden Goliath Biped at the Flooded City. By then I'd done chip farming in the Desert Sinkhole, so I was Lv50 and that time it only lasted a few minutes. I believe I was also more careless/risky since I was higher level. That's always been the order I've seen others encounter as well, albeit during their 9S playthrough.
