How do you use the different types of implants such as hot swap or injectables? I know hard wired is passive but the other types aren't covered in how they activate.

Hotswap implants can be changed any time when you want, hard wired can only be taken out/added at the Medbay station.
All implants (except for injectables) are passives affecting your Rig stats overall. Injectables can either be xx numbers of uses (base is usually 3 per 1 implant) or Energy based (hit enemies, accumulate energy, use implant)

-Hot swap are passives that can be "hot swapped" in and out without going back to the med bay in Ops.
-Hardwired are passives that need to be implanted at the med bay in Ops.
-Injectables are ON-USE items that - as far as I can tell - all need to be implanted at the med bay in Ops.
I haven't checked to see if all injectables are hard wired or hotswappable, but all injectables are on-use items.

Completing NG+ recently, the gear Mark progression was nice, but I'm yet to find any Mark 6 (or higher) implants. (If they exist at all)

they do not exist. mark 5 is the highest you can get, and the implants and locations you get them in dont change

The missing pictures we've taken care of (with the exception of the Orientation Implant). When I get some time I'll figure out a better-looking table, and I'll check with Cas if we can make the table sortable.

Could anybody tell me where you find the "Orientation Implant", which grants +100% energy gain and costs 0 core power...? I didn't find it in my NG run and this thing sounds a little bit OP to be real... (compared to the Voltaic Dynamo implants)

Nah, it's not a fake - I've got legit screenshots of it from builds they sent to reviewers, but I think it got cut before the game shipped.

There is supposed to be a SNS Disinhibitor v.1 but it seems bugged.
Just after you face your very first ARMORED Proteus, it is laying on the ground just after the next left turn, a bot comes by and scoops it up.
When you kill the bot you can keep attacking the box part of its body and when it breaks open (assuming it didn't despawn into the wall) you can pick up the v.1 implant but it will not stay in your inventory for long and each time you reload the area, that bot will drop it again, and again, and again, but you never get to keep it

Because nobody has added it yet. This is a wiki - if you see something missing, then YOU add it. If you're having problems adding it, then message one of the admins and they'll help you. Wikis are all about regular people becoming editors and making the wiki better.

A great tip for using implants to heal yourself insanely quick WHENEVER you're low on health, PASSIVELY. You need these 2 implants (preferably as high Mk. as possible) - Medi-Voltaic Regulator - SNS Disinhibitor The way it works is that the first one gives you a +% health per hit instead of energy whenever you're low on health, the second boosts energy gain by +100% when low on health. Combine those 2 together and the +100% energy gain TRANSFERS to health gain also, so you heal insanely fast. Tested on my char, with only the Medi-Voltaic I got about 1/6th or 1/8th of my health back per hit, with both, I got around 1/4th of it back, and since the "HP instead of energy" buff activates below a certain threshol and lasts for a set amount of time, if you can score some 4-5 hits while it's active, you'll get nearly your full HP back. Especially useful when facing bosses, and takes up only a small portion of your Core Power.
