if you want to embrace how m.a.d. these swords make you, go with the non-cursed version and invest in faith and intelligence. i prefer 28 fai and 44 int, but whatever floats your new londo ruins. the cursed variant is mediocre compared to the abyss sword since it deals strictly less damage with enough humanity, and doesn't scale with int or fai, despite the supposed c scaling listed in the stats. if you're willing to leave your int and fai at 18 and ignore them, the abyss sword is the way to go.
