The final reward is actually different in slots. If you reveal 11B's intent, the Melee Defense Chip will require only 20 slots, otherwise 26.
The Chip size is random.
Got an 18 slot one for revealing.
14 slot Melee Defense Chip for both revealing and concealing 11B's intent here.

i mean, they(supposedly) cannot reproduce, so they don't really have to care about gender, only about preferences(thus a way higher percentage of possible lesbians, in fact, most yorha units are actually female, wouldn't be odd if most of em are lesbian, i thought op60 was talking about a female perator when she confessed her refusal to 2b when you find the village in fact)
Can androids orgasm?
Why would they even feel aroused and want to do such things in the first place if they're robots and can't reproduce? It just seems pointless and makes no sense. Just more Japanese fanservice bs.
Has anyone found a bug where 16d wont pawn in the hangar? She won't spawn for me. But I did the Goliath fight in the city ruins does that have something to do with it?

Yeah, the Bunker is in a state of high alert after the goliath fight. All NPCs that aren't operators or the commander are gone. (deployed I assume) Do the next story objective and check again. Bunker should be back to normal and 16D should be there.

Conversely, the corpse itself doesn't show up in the version of the factory that's occupied by crazed machines. If you go there with Pascal, the corpse isn't there. If you try to return after finishing the escort quest with Pascal, your Pod blocks you from going further than the entrance so it's impossible to reach the platform ... basically, do this quest before Missile Supply for safety.

Has anyone else seen 16D's dialogue after both options? The 180 in her attitude is crazy.
Don't tell her: 16D is sad and says that she was lovers with 11B and that she'll turn into a combat model to avenge her.
Tell her: 16D is belligerent and says that 11B abused her, and that she deserved the pathetic death she got.
Like, wow. What a difference.

I think it's to avoid any suspicion that she was an accomplice so she doesn't get punished. If she doesn't know, she has no reason to be harsh.
There are possibly 2 reasons for this.

1) She's plain hurt. It's possible that 11B never told 16D of her plan; in other words she's decided to leave her behind. Or that's how 16D reads it anyway, and accordingly she snaps.

2) It *is* possible that she knew about the plan, and the whole "turning into a combat model" is just a pretense to switch careers, and do the same. Upon finding out that 11B is dead, however... there's no longer a point to do so. She than badmouths her in order to cover her tracks.

Given the overall tone of the Game (Sad emotions! Sad love! Sad robots!) I find #1 to be more likely.
I do not understand; why isn't 11B pre-mission state restored to another body?

I'm not sure. The game is never clear on when exactly a YoRHa android dies, and when they just reload a previous version of themselves. All I know is that a YoRHa actually dying can happen, because an Operator mentions it.
My only guesses are: Her save got corrupted.
Her pre-mission state never loaded because of an error caused by the prolonged, virus-corrupted nature of her death.
She deleted her pre-mission state because she was going AWOL and she didn't want another 11B to replace her.

This is just wild speculation, so your guess is as good as mine.

11B maybe developed self-awareness due to near-death experiences, which made her understand her own existence was unique, thus she didn't want to initiate self-destruct and erase her back up settings since she doesn't want to be replaced. It's like she has almost same consciousness as a human being. That's probably why she went AWOL. Anyway, I feel like to revel the truth to 6D, since it's a respect for 11B's self-awareness, and as a close friend, 6D must be able to understand 11B's choice and respect that even tho she said very bad thing after I reveled the truth to her. She must said that to avoid possible punishment and I believe she was crying in her heart.
Simple. all combat models when killed are permanently done. to be replaced by a fresh new unit. all Yorha wants them to do is kill things anyway. "BUT BUT BUT past experiences will make them do better in combat!" you say. well.. ***SPOILERS*** Yorha doesn't want that to happen. because. "they need to die to continue the cycle" why they let the machines evolve but not the androids. to make things easier. BUT BUT 2B! 9S! well. ***SPOILERS*** 2B is NOT a combat model to begin with. and 9S is also NOT a combat model. also A2 is what will happen if they let a combat unit become a veteran.
Pretty sure that if a Black Box, or a unit itself is sufficiently damaged, it becomes nigh impossible for the unit to return to the Bunker.(Dialogue that happens in the first quarter of [C/D]).
On top of that, 11B reports that she might have been infected with a virus, and connecting back to the Network with a virus might be a great way to spread that virus to others. (End of [A/B], start of [C/D])
Despite her fear of death in the end, if the alternative might have been destroying YoRHa, then a painful death may have been preferable.
I'm guessing that only black boxes can store the data of their consciousness. And it's possible that this consciousness needs a body to remain sane. So, If they kept her pre-mission data, they'd need to copy 11B before she went. "Wish yourself luck before seeing them go off on a mission". Technally every time you die In Game you transmit just before death. That's why you have to go back to retrieve some of the chips you lost from an emergency upload. The one thing that doesn't make sense, when you transport to the Bunker, do they destroy your body after transmittion? And how do they duplicate the items you carry? If they can duplicate anything, then why not just load every one with max recovery items before every mission?
her black box was destroyed so she couldnt upload it's like a ps2 memory card is needed to upload save data if that gets destroyed you lose memory which was her personality they could always replicate her model but it be fresh memory and she wouldn't remember her. it's why death is dangerous losing memory of someone sigh..
I'm assuming that 16D is angry at 11B for desertion, and making up bad stuff to say about 11B when 2B tells her the truth although they were actually lovers?
More like angry for being left behind.

Imagine;

You love someone. You care about them. They're very important to you. Than you hear they went missing, possibly dead. You send someone to find out more, while proceeding to worry about them every day.

... only to find out that the other person didn't care as much as you did, and decided to leave you behind, without telling you a single thing. Isn't love beautiful?
I do not feel that way. Sometimes subordinates will say a boss is great until they are no longer around. Then the truth (and true feelings) will reveal itself. I have experienced that myself
This is yet another quest that becomes unavailable after the "Missile Supply" quest chain. It's possible that it becomes unavailable specifically when you accept Pascal's proposal to join him at the factory (which is 2 or 3 steps after "Missile Supply"), but I wouldn't gamble on it since this quest can not be repeated in any route other than [Route A], excluding at the very end the game when you're a allowed to re-visit previous chapters.
EVERY side quest becomes unavaiable after Missile supply. It is, after all, a specific main story mission - beginning of a massive sequence that ends up with 9S separated from you aaaaaaall the way until the last segment of the game. And every sidequest dialogue has been written in a way that both of your babies need to be present at the same time.
The quest become available as soon as you are asked to proceed to the desert area.................. my game says you are lying.
