Do you get this ring twice in a playthrough?

Well, it lists 2 places it can be obtained in "Locations", right? There you go.

For some reason the ring doesn't work on the dragon legs in lost izalith. 6th sense?

Works perfectly for me and I’ve done 7 NG cycles.

Isn't this supposed to work on Seath? It definitely does not seem to. Anybody know why that might be?

'Cause the developpers didn't think about it .... would have been a neat cheese strat just like Ceaseless, awarding players who are observant.

It works. His attacks are more random. But he always knows where you are if you harm him. Google Translate :P

How exactly y'all think it is possible to deceive the grandfather of sorcery . All the magic rings were made by scholars of the dragon school , which was established after teachings of seath himself . Why wouldn't he detect the source of own his magical powers ?

Does something remove the aura that appears around your feet when wearing the ring? I know it usually does, but towards the end of my last playthrough the aura was no longer visible. Not sure if this was a glitch or what the conditions were to make it happen.

Sorry I meant to say I know it usually does have the aura...

might be because of another personal buff, like the grass crest stamina regen, or bloodshield resistances.

I’ve just noticed that it only does that aura around your feet when your are wielding two weapons, it goes away when you use a shield

Whatever ring is in the first slot will display its visual effect (like green auras for stam rings) and cancel the 2nd slot's visual effect. So if you have Slumbering in slot 2, you may not see the blue foot haloes.

This + hidden body allowed me to sprint to the bonfire to the shortcut, cut off Priscilla's tail and finish her off in about 10mins. I don't even know the area that we'll. Kinda op.
