Fun fact, Via testing with a friend, WoWC is almost a guaranteed stagger if it hits. Perseverance and Iron/Stoneflesh out poise is, but in most other cases, it’s a solid opportunity to stagger a pvp opponent. Further testing needed for PvE, but the poisebreak gives it a niche use.
