I cant get a pyro flame, Laurentius didnt give me one and Eingy didnt either when I talked to him with the egghead. What should I do?

For Laurentius, you have to say no when he asks if you would mind him teaching you pyromancy. I think he also won't give you a flame if you started as a pyromancer, but you'd of course have one regardless. With Engyi you have to be in the Daughter of Chaos Covenent when you talk to him, and the egg has to be visible on your head. He should then give you a vermifuge, and if I recall, the Pyro flame should then be available for purchase.

ahhh pyromancies, deal a truckton of damage and have a wide variety (plus oddballs fun to use like undead rapport) i generally do lightning weapons with a pyromancer build whereas i use fire/chaos for any other build (whats the point to just fire damage) so i can deal phys fire and lightning damage and just smash through the game

Be quiet when you have nothing to say. But if you feel real passion in you, then say what you have to say. But say it with fire!

Fight fire with fire. Or better yet, fight everything with fire.

You can trade this with a Red chunk at snuggly, and a slab if it is ascended

It should be noted that upgrading the flame affects weapon match making. If you plan to PVP or co-op, keep the flame at the same level as your highest weapon. Going all the way to 15 too early in the game will severely limit online play. You're pretty safe to do it at Anor Londo or further.

So, can a pyromancer just place their flame on the ground and leave it? In lore?
By Anonymous
#16306763
It should be, but the flame will eventually fade just like in real life
Maybe we can use the pyromancer flame to cook food as well

The flame gets it's power from humanity doesn't it? So I'd imagine eventually it would fade away because it would loose it's source of fuel basically.
