Big Hat drops from Big Hat Logan's hollow form, the rest is found in a chest in The Duke's Archives after he has hollowed (if u have the quest done).

On my latest playthrough I tried just killing him in Firelink to get his set since I'm not playing as a sorcerer, and he didn't drop anything. So it seems like you need to complete his questline as outlined on the wiki to get his set.

The "regular" numbers seem to be wrong. For example, the magic protection on the hat should be 43. The pages for the individual pieces seem to be correct.
