Add channeler's set in armor

Based on level 100 and for completeness purposes, how viable is a PURE 50 int and 50 att wizard?
Until ringing the second bell, I was fine with the vitality below 20, but I don't know what awaits me later in the game ... is it feasible to have a pure magician with 20vit and 20end?
