Most ******* boss i've fought in this game for the magic wave attack alone. The attack is literally undodgeable unless you're already outside of his range and i've seen him fire 3 in succession were they're perfectly timed to hit you as soon as you get back up so you can't even get away which basically turns it into a 1 shot

He's a pointless boss. He's just Stray Demon again, but orange this time. He also serves no purpose as the only thing he guards is another much more important bossfight, making him essentially pointless other than padding the boss count.

This guy is not weak to fire

I like how he's called the Demon Firesage and is said to be one of the first demons to ever be born, and he's just yet another big dumb phat **** only he's Spicy Chili Flavored this time, his moveset isn't even any different from the Stray Demon in any way, not even anything basic like him throwing fireballs or his AOE magic explosions being fire blasts instead, hell he's not even any more resistant to fire than the Stray Demon is despite the fact that he's literally on fire, goes to show just how rushed poor old Lost Izalith was.

How ironic this guy is actually weak to fire when he's actually on fire. It may be lazy, but I know they would've done something more interesting with this guy.

For some reason is weak to fire, so just find something that does fire damage and treat him as you would stray demon

Amazing how lazy this boss is, Literally just a spicy-flavored Stray Demon, he doesn't even have simple changes like being resistant to fire damage, or his aoe explosions being fire instead of magic, Not much of a surprise when you consider the fact that the entirety of the Demon Ruins and Lost Izalith were rushed as all hell.

He ended my no-death run. There is zero delay with his long downward strike attack. That's ****ing ******* man.
