Do I need to go to NG+ to obtain all achievements (I'm playing offline) ??

actually, you will need to go to ng+2, since you can only obtain certain spells on that playthrough if you're offline. Also, you'll have to farm ranks in both the Heirs of the sun and the Bell keeper covenants, which is quite annoying to do offline, but possible, i recommend searching for guides online on that.

How can I obtain all achievements offline? I am playing the SotFS on Xbox Series.
