The King of Kings !!! This armor will change you ! You will become the King ! Seriously : it's a cool armor (one of the best looking armor to my mind) , with really good stats. One of the few armor I fully upgraded (it means I like it :-) )
good stats ? vengarl legs has it beat on both poise and defence at comparable stat, the chest piece has a very low poise (half that of the one just above in weight), and it uses twinkling
