I just tried this yesterday and it doesn't work, it respawns the Ruin Sentinels.

"An alternate method of farming is to burn a bonfire ascetic at the Exile Holding Cells bonfire in the Lost Bastille. It resets the chest with the soul vessel and there is no area boss that needs to be beaten every time. It's considerably easier than farming soul vessels in the giant memories."

@KamuiKun the soul vessel is past the dogs up the ladder past the boxes into a room with a single assassin. The soul vessel will be in a chest on your left as soon as you walk into the room. It's not as good as the place unbeknownst bonfire though because no bonfire ascetic(at least I don't know where it is if there is one). If you do place unbeknownst bonfire farming you get to do it infinitely as you get a bonfire ascetic from the memory of jeigh and then the soul vessel from memory of orro.

SL & SM do not decrease ever. No they will not respond unless you beat the game and go to the next new game.

One can be found in Eleum Loyce after unfreezing the area. Start at the first bonfire again and walk all the way again taking the right path after the huge entry doors (not in Aavas dorection!) It is located in a small tower after the place with the frozen well (and many enemies). When entering the building, you'll find a smaller hallway with lots of crates and enemies behind them. Take the door to the right and go up the stairs. There will be some chests with one also containing the sorcerers twinblade. In another you'll find the Soul Vessel.

You can find a soul vessel inside of the mansion in majula. After fighting one skeleton...

I got 1 from majula mansion and other from saulden but I cant get any other soulvessel and idk why

read it again, you only need to beat it once to ascetic, and then you can get the vessel without having to fight it again

You still have to beat the bosses before you try it, but once they're defeated then your can use a bonfire acetic without bringing the bosses back.
