Best miracle, maybe, but what about buff spells amping up elemental damage to crazy levels?

True buff spells are good, stacking a lot of them is not my play style. I like to use one buff spell so i can have some fun in ng+7 and I use low damaging weapons making making this spell helpful for damage.

Lol, this miracle is laughably bad.

it would be much better if it occupied 2-3 slots, considering it has multiple uses and scales the timer with how much faith you have

It can be on really specific builds, but otherwise you are entirely correct.
