It could be troublesome to some newer players what "Thrid bonfire of the level" might mean, regarding use of bonfire ascetic. Would be better to rename it to its proper name - Shaded Ruins

Cleric's Parma and Golden Wing Shield are also good choices for blockin Najka's spells, with the former having a 70% magic dmg reduction and the latter having 80%

Those are good tips but if you have enough strength and don't want to worry about her sorceries at all go get the Rebel's Greatshield and infuse it with a fainstone. It will have 100% magic resist but it's physical block is pretty lousy. It's always better to dodge Najka's melee attacks. Unless she does that combo where she casts Homing Soul Mass and does melee attacks while her Soul Mass starts firing at you. In that case backpedal as fast you can while blocking and hope she doesn't delete your stamina bar (which might happen if she's at NG+ difficulty).

Then you should know "The Peeper of Drangleic" who parries his enemies, then uses binoculars to zoom-in between their open legs.

"modeled after Chaos Witch Quelaag from Dark Souls." are we going to get guilt-tripped for killing this one, too?

no because b-team only wrote lore for bosses that matter this one and 90% of the other bosses are just fodder with no story
