The secret to this guy, is to push him too and then over the cliff (where the archer was) in a flurry of attacks. Works like a charm if you encounter him at low level.

Oh the rage. I was just exploring a new area I'd never been in. Was down to 0 flasks from having 2 Ironclad Soldiers suddenly rush me out of nowhere. Took a deep breath because I'd made it through them, took 1 step forward and this POS invades me. Fight ensues. I'm 1 single hit away from killing him when he dodged rolled behind me and instantly backstabbed me to death. There is no rage in Souls more intense than dying to a boss/enemy when you only need 1 single hit more to end them. I hate getting backstabbed by enemies.

Hardest enemy in the game up till this point. It’s crazy killing 1-3 old ones without dying and then this crazy bastard kills you 15 times in a row.
