Low block on every stat but fire low stability its basically an off hand stat booster but honestly woukd rather the stamina regen

Only need to equip the shield to get the effect. No need to worry about getting the proper syats

You can be under the requirements by 4 str and Dex, as the shield boosts it regardless.

Why do people even care about SL1, there's far more challenging runs you can do. In DS3 SL1 isn't even the most difficult SL for a non-level up run (it's SL6 with the Sorcerer starting class). Wouldn't surprise me if the same is true for a different starting class in DS2, though I don't know the specifics there.

As someone that has tried and (mostly) completed Sl1/Bl4 runs in all the souls games ( exept Demon's), I would rank them like this: 4. Ds1: only has like three hard main bosses (O&S, Artorias and Manus), gives you access to pyromancy which doesn't use any stamina and scales only from it's weapon level (plus it's affected by crown of dusk and dragoncrest ring), gives you access to giant's armor +5 (which is the most broken***** ever) 3. Ds2: has like 6 hard bosses (counting DLC, but not optional bosses like Lud and Zallen), has a lot of stat-boosting gear, but even then you can only get around 18 ADP which is barely acceptable, even with the chloranthy ring your stamina regens super slowly 2. Ds3: has like 9 hard bosses (counting DLC), has Prisoner's chain, embers and the two Lloyd rings to stop you from getting oneshot, has Dragonslayer's Axe (which you can infuse with raw and use bundles with) 1. BB: is the main reason I had to say that I only mostly completed all the Sl1/Bl4 runs; there are very few pushover bosses, all runes only increase your stats by a percentage and blood vials always only heal ~40% of your health while in late-game most enemies can oneshot you (even with health runes) (Sorry for going on a tangent)

I agree with the ranking boi. Bl1 Bloodborne is not fun. Even though it is much easier to parry and usually possible to trade a hit against a visceral attack (equal to a rippost that also heals you back to 100% if you are fast enough) you will just die trying this at a certain point. Meaning that you must hit a perfect parry every time or you will die. On top of that your visceral attacks are borderline useless at Bl1 because they depend only a bit on the weapon damage and almost 90% on your skill (equivalent to dexterity) stat.

Who cares. They didn't design these games around a SL1 concept, that's your own conceit so own it peener.

DS2 base game is indeed insanely easy. So is DLC1. But DLC's 2 and three..oh man...Fume Knight is like a 9/10, but Blue Smelter Demon and Lud and Zahlen...boy...
