No need to jump to the pillar--you can just drop to the ledge outside the cave.

My personal favourite Large titanite Farming place is from the Great Basilisk in Huntsman's Copse (Scholar of the First Sin). Start at the second bonfire and right infront of you take a jump to the pillar (it's a bit tricky but you can do it) the fall back down and go into the cave with the Great Basilisk. Kill it for 3xLarge titanite and then go back up with the Iron Maiden. Then you just go to the same bonfire, rest and repeat. The only bad thing about this is only the jump you make in the beggining to reach the first pillar. Overall it's easy and fast.

He lies, the titanite does not respawn...nore is there any in the memory of Jeigh.

Actually I think he might have been referring to the 2 Twinkies on the corpse down the broken stairs at the trees feet; those will respawn whenever you use an ascetic at the bonfire just after the Kings Ring door. However, there is only a fire seed to be found inside Jeigh as far as ore's are concerned. (Also the ascetic that can be farmed from inside the memory as well, but that's just a minor sidenote)

You can use Firebombs to set their pits on fire and either make them leave the hole or die in there

You just need to use the Fire Short Bow =)) Make one after fuse a Short Bow with a Firedrake Stone

You dont need company of the champions to do that, drops the same without..

FameOfTheYankeeWolf : yes but the benefit of the company of champions is to farm endlessly, otherwise the big basilisk will eventually disappear
