You can have it fully upgraded by just under 40k soul memory because that is the quickest way to the agape ring at which case you should be around sl20. Second, I'm not sure what how you plan on using a weapon with any sort of stat requirements with an unleveled deprived build. But ok...

You struggle to beat players normally, so you have to give yourself a major unfair advantage just so you can think (falsely) that you're actually good at the game to inflate your own fragile ego. I love how you say that its stupid to play at a disadvantage, so instead of making it an even playing field and getting maybe one or 2 items from the late game (or not even doing that and just using dragon eye) you get greedy and get all the shiny things that you can get in order to better pick on new players, and to feel better about yourself. You know, with your logic, I could just say that the reason you're normally at a disadvantage when not twinking is because you need to git gud, and than call you a casual because you don't beat everybody you fight. If you're referring to the special attack, it scales with magic. Therefore infusing it with magic is the best option.
