I seriously think about and worry over the health and well being of the people who make these games. I don't want any thing to happen to them. I think they deserve to live awesome lives for creating these wonderful games that have given me and so many other individuals that were mindfully adept enough to see it, so many heart fluttering, rewarding, devastating, truly freaking magnificent times. I don't want to criticize the ones who don't get it. Everyone deserves to have their own opinion. I just am thankful to be alive and lucky enough to be able to experience these great games.

Thanks everyone, what i do now is smash through a couple of dungeons, level up what i can and say i have a 80,000 echoes left i use them to stock up on vials and bullets. Plus cause I've gone through and collected all the runes and blood rocks I've gotten enough Great One Wisdoms to buy another couple of blood rocks. I now have 7 weapons maxed out at +10. Happy days all round

if you feel the need to farm them then go ahead but there is a better way why not just buy all that you can carry and store after running lecture building 1st floor?

If it's blood Giles you need then farm them off Maneating Boars in the Forbidden Woods. Each one drops 4x and they are quite easy to beat, just fist them to death! Lol! Best place to get QS bullets are off the snipers, Bell Medians or those nasty spiders. Drop rate for me has been very high even without the eye rune. A better option would be to take a fire infused saw blade and smite down a bunch of beasts in the Ailing Lorean Chalice Dungeon for blood echoes and just buy all the BV and QS you need.

Best advice for you is to just die. Spend more time dodging, don't use your vials. You'll learn from enemies while locked on while evading their attacks and saving vials. Once you memorize attack patterns you will literally not even need to farm. Same goes for bosses.

The idea behind Bloodborne and the souls series is that you are essentially lost, alone, unable to remember much and are forced to learn to survive in a unforgivable world. However, you have the blessing of getting infinite chances. Honestly, these types of games are designed to improve the player and not hold their hand the entire way like in Assassins Creed, The Elder Scrolls and Grand Theft Auto just to name a few. Heck, I got to the point where I go around unarmed, backstabbing and just visceral killing common foes just for laughs. Ever try to kill the Blood Starved Beast completely unarmed? It's quite fun if not very insane! Lol! Also very time consuming. I remember when DOOM came out, my childhood friend got it for his 6th birthday and we played that game into the ground! Heck, I even now got it on my iPhone! We were so into it we made a blood pact to go see DOOM when and/or if it came to the theaters! Sadly, he committed suicide back in 2003 and didn't get a chance to see it. Anyway, yes it is true not all first person shooters are DOOM but every FPS worth their salt knows that DOOM is what brought FPS out of obscurity and made infamously popular! Same with Wolfenstein which is another ID Software game. Same with Bloodborne and Dark Souls. It's not the same game but the DNA (metaphorically if you will) will without a doubt trace back to Dark Souls and any player who plays the two will catch the similarity and say "This is just like Bloodborne/Dark Souls!" Is that so bad?

Hey at first i was in the same boat as you the only souls game that i had ever played was dark souls 2 but i only played bits and pieces didnt really like it too much however once i got bloodborne i developed an absolute love for this type of game mainly because it is so satisfying to beat thr hardest of bosses i personally think it was goty but i guess it aint everyones cup of tea

Ah, I remember being like that once. I thought "what kind of masochist would willingly play, let alone pay for, a game that has capacity to make one so frustrated?". When starting to play it, at times I felt even dismayed. But then, through trial and error, I recognized that the approach that worked on other games - mash all the buttons till the enemy is dead - won't work here. If you've two brain cells to rub together, you start to learn the enemy's moveset, your reaction gets better. And then, there's feeling of achievement, when you get to finally defeat that bastard that made you respawn 10 times, that no other game can replicate. Yes, it is tough, but it is also fair. Looking back, I can only smile at the times I was beaten by townsfolk in Central Yharnam.
OP, give it a try. Then another and another and maybe then you'll realize the beauty of this game. Or maybe it is not your thing.

I tried with a few others, seems to be random, i just encountered the hunter whom appears if you kill valtr while he still lived, and remained so after so it might be a glitch with that hunters.
