Glyphs: ydit83ur After I had looted the chest containing the uncanny cane, I quit out because I was rushing to get the item and wanted to know how long it took for me to get it. when I loaded in the same looted chest had new loot on it. a madmans insight. the can was still on my character. Does anyone know if you are supposed to be able to pick up a madmans insight from the same empty chest after reloading the save?

I hadn't created a new dungeon. I literally looted X chest, quit to menu, reloaded same save and found new loot on the same X chest. No new dungeon. So weird.

If you already have a certain Lost/Uncanny weapon in your inventory, no matter the dungeon you're in, it will always give you a great ones knowledge if it would be that weapon. So you pick up the Uncanny cane in X dungeon, but Y dungeon has one too, it will have the insight as well for you and not the weapon. Same happens with Runes and Blood Rocks (although Blood Rocks work a bit differently - see the Blood Rock page).

The other two are fun in their own right but the moveset in both forms of the TC are just fun and intuitive, not to mention insanely fast and useful.

I created a Central Pthumeru Root Chalice dungeon with Fetid Offering. First one I ever made. Layer one pre-area bonus room had an Uncanny Saw Spear in a coffin. Layer three I found an Uncanny Threaded Cane in the same dungeon. Glyph code is 7r564exx if anyone is interested.

Requirements: - high investments in str and skill (i have 50 40) - one heavy abyssal gem from headless blb (frc ihyll layer 3 glyph exdy2m2t) - regular +10 threaded cane So far mine is at +8 and it has 466 dmg w/o good chalice gems, so it may easily reach 600 AR

This page was fairly simple and just required a bit more editting.
I noticed that this page, like the Reiterpallasch page, had information on the main information section that had suggestions for weapons to pair up with the main weapon being talked about on a page. This kind of information tends to be heavily biased and therefore best left to the comment section or forums. Therefore I removed that part.

I've been a big fan of it since I first saw it, but I'm not sure if straight Skill will work. Any ideas?

Skill works great, maybe throw in decent bloodtinge (to get easier visceral attacks since high skill means increased visceral damage) and tons of endurance so you can swing forever.

I'm doing a pure arcane build using a bolt uncanny threaded cane and a fire beasthunters saif in extended form. It's pretty fun so far. I haven't played that character in a while though.

I'm guessing church damage is different than arcane, but are enemies that are weak to arcane also weak to church damage? like Undead in the chalice dungeons?

I looked it up, and according to the guide, it's basically everything relating to Cainhurst except the peasants (gargoyles, ghosts, bloodlickers). It also mentioned the evil labyrinth spirit, so I'm guessing anything that is poltergeist releated is fair game.
The idea is that the Healing Church experimented with beasts, and thus were associated with lyncanthropy. In this sense, the church is like team werewolf, while Cainhurst was team vampire. They both hate each other, so naturally the church made weapons that killed them more efficiently. The labyrinth spirit is a bonus since it's also an evil ghost like the ones in Cainhurst.
I might actually create a page in the future about this. What I know is that someone created a page for the serration damage bonus.

Ok, so what I found out is that the information I looked up wasn't from the guide after all. Looks like I'm back to square one regarding what Righteous/Church damage affects.
Does anyone here have the guide? I'm very curious what exactly the Righteous/Church damage modifier works on. I believeit's related to Cainhurst, but that's about it.
