Just a little theory as i just noticed the Red Jeweled Brooch looks exactly the same (if not very similar) to the necklace you'll wear with the Knight's Garb. How did she get it? Are they the same?

Could be an older design or for a different type o knight or garrison I bet gacione and viola met in a fight and fell in love while tearing off a monsters head together

Her father was the man you killed to get the brooch. Her father is a hunter knight like you. That's where her mother got the brooch.

I think i some how bugged the quest. I had told the woman by the dogs to go to the Cathedral Ward and ran straight to the girl and told her the same. I can see the old woman but the little girl isn't there, and now her window is empty when i visit her.

I recommend using the broch, equipping the item on the weapon, telling the kid about the the problem, then going back to fight a very tough foe in the cemetery where you found the Broch.

this is how i did it; Cleric beast Talked to her, got the music box Gascoigne Find the Brooch up the stairs and drop down off the ledge Back to her, games asked if I would give it back, I chose no Then it asked if she can go to the chapel or the clinic, said chapel

If you send her to the clinic I don't think you get the bloody ribbon and without that you can't get the regular either

Saw a theory that there was no second daughter, and that the one who shows up after is an impostor, similar to Iosefka. When you give her the red ribbon she says “What a perfect ribbon… and now it’s mine”. Doesn’t exactly sound like a sisterly thing to say
